7. Does it track multiple chats?


Yes, if they chat or instant message through any kind of popular service, it will be tracked and you will be able to see BOTH sides of the chat conversation.


8. Email tracking is a major concern of mine, will it be covered?

9. Is the tracking software hidden form the person I am monitoring?
